California Assemblymember Das Williams, who serves Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties, casually toured several artist studios at the WAV on Thursday, September 6th. Williams visited the studios of Erik Abel, Logan Mondol and CarolAnn Swangler, after enjoying the art on the walls of the Theater Gallery. Williams, who enjoys surfing, was so taken by Abel’s art that he invited him to show some of his pieces at his office in Sacramento.
